It’s a nice salon (I’ve been a few times before) but when I visited it was completely silent and a bit chilly. I booked via the treatwell app but the price of the bikini wax wasn’t the same price as I was quoted (£10) - when I queried it, the therapist showed me their price list which said £20. Wasn’t very happy about that. However the therapist was friendly and professional, and did a good job.

Full head of highlights turned my hair orange! Toner offered only after the manager asked if I was okay - which then left my hair with silver/blue streaks! Terrible service, no further help or refund offered.
