My 55 min pedicure took 25 mins. Mainly because my toenails weren’t painted. Apparently they don’t use ‘simple’ nail varnish as it’s too hard to work with - they only use gel. Shame I wasn’t told this when I booked! I had to go home and paint my own toenails - not the luxury treat I was expecting. But my main gripe is they were jabbering away in their own language which I find rude, and although it was a scorching day, I wasn’t offered a drink of water. Bad customer service.
