Unfortunately although the lady was very friendly, it was one of the worst waxes I've ever had. I was asked when there was a lot of visible hair still there, if it was ok. After 5 rounds of pointing out missed areas I gave up. I was left with wax still on me, which I wouldn't have minded if I was left with a proper wipe to take it off. Also the hair was removed in big sections which left me feeling sore 2 days later- which I've never experienced before.
Sadly although the staff were lovely and punctual, I won't be going back there again

Lady was late opening the shop so I had to stand outside and wait for 10 minutes... other than that, it was fine
