Appointment for thai massage was booked on the treatwell website for 11.30am however an hour before the venue called to say they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate the booking. obviously I wasn't happy so instead they offered a deep tissue at 11.40am. Needing a massage I had to take the appointment however wasn't seen until after 12pm. The massage was good as it always is which is why I was disappointed with the whole process, it was a let down. I guess these things happen sometimes.

I arrived early and was pretty much seen to straight away, very quick procedure for HD brows was expecting it to take longer but I am happy with the results
