I had a Hollywood wax and it was thorough and fast - the therapist was great and I was very pleased with the result. Although I had previously updated my appointment time via the Treatwell app the change hadn't been communicated to the salon so they weren't expecting me at the new time. Despite this they juggled things around to accommodate me and I didn't have to wait which I was very grateful for.
