Very efficient service. I was in and out in minutes! The waxing was thorough so pleased with the result. However, I was left with a bit too much wax still on me which I didn't realise til after I left - next time I'd request some more help removing it before leaving as I ended up spending most of the day unstitcking my skirt! Could have been a bit cleaner too - they were cleaning as I arrived. I felt it could have been done in time for my visit.

Very friendly and good value for money. My hair dresser listened to exactly what I wanted and talked me through everything she was doing- which was great because I have had bad experiences in the past of going in for a trim and then walking out with half my locks chopped off! I will be going here for my next hair appointment :)

It's not a fancy hairdressers in the middle of Balham, however I received a very good hair cut. Service was efficient, staff friendly and the cut I was very happy with. I would be happy to go back and recommend to a friend.

I paid for an aromatherapy massage, I was massaged with oil for half of the time the rest seemed to be a Thai massage! I was put in uncomfortable positions to click my bones, the therapist was literally standing and walking on me! I have a bad back as it is and I came out feeling worse then when I went in. So unless that's your kind of thing go somewhere else!
