There was a mix up with timings but the therapist was really warm and accommodating . I had a Hollywood wax with strip wax and it took just over 5 minutes. Very neat, efficient thorough wax with attention to detail

I had a hollywood/whole leg and underarm package here. Paid the extra few pounds for use of hot wax. The lady was nice, didn't speak too much which was quite refreshing. But in terms of the waxing itself, wasn't the best I've had. She struggled to get some of the hair our with hot wax so had to go over several times and in the end clean it up with strip wax. I've had better hot wax used.
Also the positions/pattern of waxing was a bit strange and there were some hairs left behind.

Absolute 5 stars for everything. Didn't realise intimate waxing could actually be a pleasant experience. The lady I had was superb. She recommended hot wax & at a little more of a cost. It was painless as well as quick! I've tried practically everywhere in balham. No where is as professional and precise. Thanks Anya ! xx

I had a hollywood wax and it was done very well and at fantastic value for usual London prices. The only slight drawback was the lady used hot wax without giving em the option or warning me that I would have to pay £3 extra - If I were given the choice I wouldn't have opted for hot wax, but that was the only slight issue! other than that the staff were friendly and efficient. I have already recommended the salon to a friend and will definitely be returning myself.
