Very efficient, thorough waxing experience. The beauty therapist was not very talkative, but focused on the task at hand and made a real effort to get all the short hairs after with tweezers.

Lovely clean and modern high street spa with really friendly staff, right by balham station. My dermalogica deep cleaning facial was very professional and relaxing, and was made up of cleansing, steaming, extraction, mask and massage. Will certainly return!

It was great, again, I cannot recomand enough Nin, at least for curly thick hair ladies like me. I went there and I was out of time as I had to leave at 7pm and I walked in at 6:20. She was able to do my wash and blow dry in a sublime way even when competing against time, all while staying friendly and positive. This is going to be my salon.
