Cut was fine Karan took his time and was very friendly.
Bit disappointed with the “blow dry” as it wasn’t really a blow dry he just dried my hair straight with a flat brush.
Blow drys should be bouncy with volume and done with a round brush, every blow dry normally you get asked - how do you want it done but this wasn’t an option here hence the 3 stars.

Lovely was very welcoming! She really put me as ease and explain me the whole process nicely and asked me throughout if I was comfortable which made me super comfortable. I would 100% recommend!
