First time going here and using their services but they have been on my watchlist for a while. Received a warm welcome and offered drinks/snacks; My waxing was done by a lovely lady called LOVELY haha. She's so, well, lovely. Very quick and precise, no fooling around, although there were a few hairs still untouched, she was very very good. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The manager herself was very welcoming. It feels like im part of their loyal customers already

Love the new look of my hair. Nisant was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely come back. Head massage while washing my hair was much needed. Thank you so much ❤️

Cut was fine Karan took his time and was very friendly.
Bit disappointed with the “blow dry” as it wasn’t really a blow dry he just dried my hair straight with a flat brush.
Blow drys should be bouncy with volume and done with a round brush, every blow dry normally you get asked - how do you want it done but this wasn’t an option here hence the 3 stars.

Lovely was very welcoming! She really put me as ease and explain me the whole process nicely and asked me throughout if I was comfortable which made me super comfortable. I would 100% recommend!
