I was very disappointed with Zoraza this time. I used to love it and have been a regular customer but the manicure and pedicure (with new staff this time) was very bad and was ruined by the time I'd walked in shoes for a day... It also came off the back of another terrible brazilian waxing treatment which was really painful and left me with a patch of ingrown hairs (something I'd never had before) which still hasn't healed a month and a half later..! I won't be booking Zoraza again.

Good service however the therapist was a bit rushed. The salon was very hot and humid, they need air conditioning or at least a fan!
