Told me I had too much hair. Did not offer any advice or ask what I wanted other than highlights. Gave just one very bright bleach colour, not at all like I wanted and did very thick stripy highlights not natural. Then criticised my choice of having highlights. Didn't offer any refreshments. Left with damp hair.
