Gel Nails Manicure
I was the last appointment of the day on a busy Saturday but still felt looked after, nothing was rushed. The treatment was good and the staff were friendly, the treatment room was very relaxing. A very relaxing experience overall and I would go again.

Fantastic! I love this place and the staff are lovely, the facial was great and service brilliant. Will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend :D

The staff were very polite and professional however I wasn't asked any questions by the beauty therapist as to any concerns and problem areas. The massage itself was very good, maybe a bit too hard for my liking (again, I was not asked what pressure I would like) but no pain, no gain!
Swedish Massage
The hairdresser understood my instructions and carried them out as requested. However, her English was very poor, and there were moments where I was concerned she won't understand. In addition, the hair wash felt rather inexperienced, the towel on my shoulders became very wet, and her wrist band hit my face a couple of times. During cut and blow dry all was fine. I'm not overly happy with my haircut, but then I never like my hair right after getting a cut. Probably it's my instructions, not the hairdressers fault.
