For a simple trim and blow dry it's asolute my fine. If you wanted to create a completely different look it may not be the best place. The staff are lovely and welcoming but their English isn't the best so if you were trying to describe a look you wanted it may be a little trickier. It was clean and quick, and cheap so would definitely go there again for a trim.
Ladies' Haircuts
I am quite disappointed with my experience here. I booked for a full head highlights. I was five minutes late so I rang ahead of my arrival to apologise. The woman on the phone seemed confused and dint know I was coming. When I arrived the lady looked lost as if she still didn't know I was coming. I was then left sitting and waiting for an hour before being seen. In the time nobody came over to me to explain why I was waiting so long. I was about to walk out the door when I was then approached. After explaining very clearly what I wanted to a technician who was very nice , the colour she chose for my highlights came out 2 shades lighter than what I had asked for. My roots are still extremely dark and do not look like they have been touched. One side of hair at the roots around the ear is dyed, while the other side still has dark roots. Very disappointing. I wanted my hair fully retouched for a function this weekend, and now I need to quickly book another appointment too fix the colour.
My massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. Will definitely go back, and I recommend to anyone to visit Zoraza, everyone is so friendly. Maybe there is one staff member who doesn't speak amazing English, but doesn't really matter considering how friendly and helpful they all are.

I can't write enough about what a great salon this is. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and I love going here. The shellac manicure in particular is great and the therapist was lovely!
Gel Nails Manicure
I'm glad I found this place, the service is good, as well as the facial I had. Full 1 hour facial was surprisingly good, my skin feels nice and smooth now. I also like the skincare they use, tried to find the salon which uses Dermalogica. Thanks to the nice lady Jolanta for a good Facial.
