Good treatment and service - it was quiet so they saw me early which was good. Quick but professional and was very happy with the end result.
Very thorough pedi and I'm so pleased with the experience - thanks!
Friendly staff and clean. Nice decor.
Lovely staff and great service, but the massage was way too light for me.
Though my massage at Zoraza was generally as relaxing and pleasurable as I had expected, I feel a little let down by the service. I arrived at my appointment time of 1150 and was told to take a seat. The staff member who addressed me seemingly made no attempt to communicate to the masseuse that I had arrived, and I was left waiting for 10 minutes until the masseuse finally appeared to collect me. Not a problem, you might think, the hour-long massage will simply begin and end an hour later than scheduled. However, the masseuse stopped at 1245, perhaps because she thought I had arrived for my appointment late and therefore forfeited 10 minutes of massage time. Whatever the reason, I'm not terribly happy that I paid for a one-hour massage and only received 45 minutes of treatment. Not only this, but my treatment began without consultation. Though the masseuse seemed skilled and well trained, with no consultation she wasn't to know the reasons why I had booked this massage in the first place and what problem areas were. At no point did she ask whether the pressure applied was appropriate either – and I didn't feel entirely comfortable interrupting her to bring it up; the tone had been set and it didn't seem like we were talking. Lastly (and this may be nitpicking), I wasn't sold on the choice of music. Dido was playing throughout my massage and, though her music is vanilla enough, I still found it mildly inappropriate and would've preferred some instrumental music. Better still would be the option to connect to the venue's sound system and play your own music. I have no doubt that Zoraza can do better. Perhaps this was a one-off. But ideally I would've liked a firmer massage – and one that wasn't cut short.
