I came to the salon having paid for me 30 minute up do hair treatment. £50 My hair had been washed in the morning. The hairdresser insisted on washing my hair again, at no time told me of the cost. As I left they took photos of my hair and charged me a further £75.00. I was in the salon for 45 minuets total. By the time I reached the Hilton (just around the corner) the grips had all slipped and my hair fell out. Lesson learnt - never have you hair put up on freshly washed hair.
