Arrived to be told our prepayment value of £50 wouldn't cover the full appointment as the website states "from" but the Salon had all our details and could have communicated this at any time prior to the appointment. All 3 of us were charged an extra £35 but one of our party's style was far simpler and quicker to complete which seemed inappropriate.

The Updo was lovely, and lasted all day and night. The service was great. The biggest problem was I paid £50 in advance and only when I got there did they tell me that is was 'from' £50. At this point it is the morning of the event and I am not in my home city, so myself and two friends have no alternatives. There was no warning in advance. I ended up spending £85, £35 extra, which was a nasty shock. I feel someone could have communicated this in advance.
