Worst pedicure and gel removal. There is no option for 0 stars!
Clearly not qualified.
I felt a bit sorry for her as she was busy and on her own trying to deal with several clients at the same time. However that is no excuse for the terrible pedicure and removal I received.
Firstly the old gel polish was removed by vigorously filing the polish off by hand rather than soaking which is something I’ve never experienced before and I’m sure even without being qualified that this is not a safe or recommended way to remove gel polish.
Following this some of my toenails were cut so short that it drew blood. My toenails were different shapes and lengths all the while i was being told than my skin is really sensitive!
I was asked if I wanted dry skin removed with the razor and based on my experience so far I declined 😱.
There was no care or attention paid when paining my nails and there was some polish on my toes.that wasn’t removed properly and just smudged before putting them under the lamp.
I paid in advance and didn’t want to create a fuss so I smiled and said thank you and left with painful sore toes that had been filed to within an inch of their lives.
It’s a shame as the salon is very local me but I won’t be visiting them again.
