25 minutes delay with the start for which the therapist apologised as another therapist's treatment ran over. I was asked 3-4 times by various people what is included in the package - actually they had no clue what the package involved.
Once the treatment started, the team members outside the treatment room decided to start some sort of general Christmas cleaning which sounded like a full-on refurb, while I'm trying my hardest not to pay attention to the noises of heavy stuff being moved around, hoovering and what not. They were having 'a conversation' by shouting to each other across the salon... The poor therapist kept on apologising to me for everything. 20 mins into the treatment one of the other therapists forgot some machine or something for waxing so she knocked on the door, the treatment was stopped, she didn't know where the machine or something she needed was and was looking for it everywhere while I'm lying there thinking wtf is actually going on here. She found it finally, then left. My poor therapist apologetic again. 10-15mins later the other one needs something else again - knocks on the door, treatment stops, she starts searching for something else, finds it, leaves again. 10 min later, the relaxing music stops and wouldn't start for a while while the therapist is desperately trying to fix this. I could actually feel how tensed the therapist who provided the treatment was after all this, not to mention that I wasn't either and I paid for all that. Worst treatment I've had and definitely not returning back.

This was my 1st visit at this place . I was impressed how it looked . Staff were friendly and offered me tea , which was nice , place is very lit up and clean .
It’s within walking distance from me which is always nice .
I recommend this very much .
I booked another appointment for the following day .

I agree with a lot of reviews here, the place is not the most relaxing and it has an amateur-ish vibe to it. The Shellac manicure was done by a guy (I think his name is Trang but unsure) who wasn't wearing a uniform and just came in from outside and asked me to take a seat -I was a bit puzzled by that. He was very delicate, which I appreciated but the final result is cloudy on some nails, uneven and dented on a couple nails. At some point he started sneezing in his hoodie (poor thing was sick but probably better to excuse oneself and blow your nose on a tissue instead of your own clothing in front of a client).
I then had an eyebrow waxing appointment that turned out to be threading (not fussed about the difference but I was just guided to a room, asked to lay down and the lady just started doing my brows without asking me what I wanted or anything). The brows turned out fine so not upset about that but I think the venue definitely needs to work on customer service and communication. Also maybe hire a better nail technician.
