I turned up and they didn’t have my booking through Treatwell, this happens every time I go so I don’t know why the business is on here, I also always get asked how much I paid too.
The main reason I have gone back is because Ruhi does a great job on my nails, however I turned up today and I had a new guy, he was pleasant but he used a buffer machine to remove my old shellac and cuticles etc. These things are terrible for nails and the whole reason I liked going here was because they didn’t use these tools and took time over your nails. I have also got home to realise that one hand is slightly tacky still and has attached fluff, so I now have one shiney nice hand and the other slightly smudged.
There is always a lot of shouting across the salon from the staff or they talk loudly on their phones, not a calm, relaxing environment at all.
Sadly I think I will need to look elsewhere, it’s a shame as Ruhi is lovely but too many cons now.

I had the most wonderfully relaxing pregnancy massage by Joanna (I’m 8 months).
Joanna was really friendly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She has a gentle but firm technique which really helped with my pregnancy-related aches and pains.
Would go back even after the baby is born, for a normal full body massage!

Great experience again with Ruhi, treatments are good and great value. Only problem I tend to get here is them not receiving my bookings through Treatwell resulting in a wait time but I was in no rush so not a huge problem. Ruhi herself is great though and the front of house lady was very accommodating, will visit again for sure
