The hairdresser was lovely and I like how she cut my hair. I would go for a haircut again.
I went there for my acrylics but they guy wasn’t there. I was not informed and was very disappointed. Even though there was a very nice lady apologising I was not very happy.
Didn't get a call back when I called to inform I was running late. :/
No treatment provided.
Second time i have booked an appointment and showed up and being told that due to a ”slow system” they did not see the booking and did not have a hair stylist available. Highly unprofessional
