There was confusion over booking times resulting in a delay to my appointment time of half an hour. Other clients seem to have the same experience. However Ruhi was very accommodating and friendly. She was not happy with the quality of my gel manicure which seemed to be the result of a defective bottle of gel. Despite being busy and clients waiting she was very professional and removed the varnish and started again from scratch. I ended up with a great job.
