It’s not great that you book into see a specific person, and when you arrive that person isn’t available. Had I known, I would’ve booked in when that person was available. Also not great that I had to wait 40 mins past my appointment time to be seen.
Colour selection is poor, the second time my chosen colour ran out half way through application.
Why bother having an appointment booking system? Don’t think I’ll be returning.

The salon was absolutely lovely and I enjoyed my 20 minutes waiting for the technician to not show up. I would recommend going to the salon for anything but eyelash extensions as the woman never showed up and I was not notified before hand. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes to be asked if I wanted to reschedule. I ended up going somewhere else the next day.
