My back is in knots following a trauma last year and has become increasingly more painful, added to by not sitting on a proper office chair whilst working from home.
Angela gave me a great Deep Tissue massage which has already eased some of the pain, along with recommendations for other things that may help restore my back over time.
Will be booking in again soon!
