Angel is one of those people that has a warm and inviting nature. She makes you feel instantly relaxed. I am glad I read one of the previous reviews saying that Angel works out of an Afro-Caribbean salon. I wouldn't have known if I was in the right place otherwise. The salon is buzzy and lively and everyone was very friendly. So the treatment? Excellent. Angel is DETAILED in her work. I have very thick, coarse hair. She was methodical working the keratin product through it and then meticulously styling it afterwards. I was a bit nervous the keratin treatment wouldn't take, as I had it done elsewhere in the past which didn't work. But a couple weeks later, and I am getting tons of compliments on my hair which is shiny and smooth and looks great. My friend asked me if I blow dried it the other day. As if I have time to blow dry!?
I never write substantial reviews like this. But Angel is really great and this treatment with her is highly recommended.

Unfortunately this didn't seem to work for me. I kept it on my hair for 3 days as requested and made sure that i didn't get it wet during this time but all i ended up with was hair that was the tiniest bit smoother. Saying that, it's definetley made my hair shinier and the haircut was good.
