Angel is a lovely, warm person. However, she bleached my hair beyond recognition when we had agreed on lightening it a few shades. In all honestly it could have been lightened with a box colour, we had not agreed on bleach per se. My hair is very damaged however I did learn a lot from the process - to show your hairdresser a photo of what you are after, to understand and be clear about what processes you are and are not comfortable with (i.e. bleach vs semi-perm etc... These were not explained to me at all), and to know your own hair type (yellow or red tones)... Otherwise, make sure you go to a hairdresser who understands all of this & is able to explain it to you. Also, I did not see the actual Olaplex and am skeptical because my hair was in terrible condition from the first shampoo... (Unless I was just skeptical with the whole experience).

Angel is a fantastic hair stylist. I had ombre and colour with olaplex, and I am very pleased with the result. Angel used great hair products, so my hair is still soft. In general, Angel will listen to what you want and give you great advice. I would definitely recommend it.

Angel was very friendly and welcomed me. She made me really nice cup of herbal tea.
However the hair colour was not what I expected- it was much lighter and didn't cover evenly all the hair ( I paid for full colour)
Styling was ok, however I wanted GHD straight finish but only got blow dry.

This is not a Brazilian blow dry and should not be advertised as so. It is a keratin hair mask!!! Angel was lovely and explained the process, but did not say that this was not an authentic Brazilian blow dry. Would not return

I'm really not happy with my experience here. I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen for my haircut, which meant that Angel had hardly any time to do my cut & blow dry due to me having to leave at a certain time for a train. I purposely booked my appointment near to the train station and left what I thgouth was a generous amount of time for a cut and to the train station. The cut was rushed, and is way shorter than I asked for.
Angel herself is a lovely person, and I'm sure very good at her job due to the awesome reviews I had read beforehand. But, I'm now going to have to go back to the hairdressers to get the front thinned and shaped properly as it hasn't been done correctly and really hard to blowdry.. so spending way more than I wanted on what originally was meant to be a trim..
