I was excited to make a change in my hair for my birthday. I had to stay in salon for 9 hours get my hair bleached TWICE because my hairdresser let the toner way to long so my hair INSTEAD of BLONDE they turn PURPLE. Then I was offered to bleach my hair again ( while was already damaged) to have a darker blonde than I had before I enter the place. I was offered 35 pounds discount and the manager tried to fix the issue,however when I left the place I felt I got ripped off.
