I had booked with a different name to who did the wax, I’ve had waxes before but never as painful as this. She used hot wax in places but it was so hot in the room the wax wasn’t drying, it was like she couldn’t grip it and had to try pull it off bit by bit rather than one swift pull which caused a lot more pain. The skin had been broken in some places and left with some bruising also. I will say she did do a good job at getting most of the hair but I wouldn’t go back or recommend due to pain.
