I had a massage and a fringe trim as well as a proper cappuccino! Not just instant with the kettle, a proper coffee - the devil is in the detail! Sarah did my massage and I highly recommend. I was like butter by the end, just what I needed. She kept the line of communication open and approachable, and made an effort to seek out and respond to feedback on pressure intensity. Aaliyah did my fringe trim and she showed the same level of attentiveness and interest in getting my cut right for me
