I wasn’t very impressed with my whole experience, I walked in and was told to sit and wait, no one asked my name for at least 5 minutes. When I was taken into the room, it was fine and my beautician was lovely and chatty. I have had a full arm wax before elsewhere and they were so much more thorough. Might have just been the day I went but I’m not sure I will be returning for that treatment again.
