Ruined my nails with the removal technique. Thinned out my nails with efile to the point that now my nails have all broken off and the nail bed is visible, they are also pink/red weeks later. The new nails are growing out and you can see a significant difference in the thickness. Next time do acetone soak off and then remove anything left over with file.
