Good value for money - cut & dye. But the whole experience was not that enjoyable as my stylist barely discussed what was going on, just whispering among themselves... Took 5 hours to do dye and cut, I was not prepared to spend this long. Stylist was also very rough with my hair, at many points had to tell her to stop as she was bringing me to tears.

I didn't have a great experience at the salon as I had to return to have the colour corrected. They did fix it which I was grateful of but I wouldn't return as I felt this wouldn't have happened if the communication would have been better from the beginning and the stylist had tried to understand what I actually wanted.
