I had a cut and blowdry.
The staff were quite friendly and did an reasonable job with my haircut. My hairdresser was not English so I think it was harder to make conversation (which is understandable). She did not chat with me and just cut my hair in silence for almost an hour, occasionally asking if I was ok. I felt a uncomfortable throughout my entire visit, which is why I have given a low rating. I would have given a higher rating if the staff made me feel more welcome and comfortable but the service was a little disappointing.
She also didn't seem like she cared about what I really wanted as I was just asked "what can I do for you today?" and then she went on with it. No special products were used and even for the blowdry I did not get any heat protectant, which I found odd and left my hair even drier than it should have been (despite telling her my hair was on the drier side).
Another thing is I ended up with hairs everywhere on my jumper and hands...
Most likely would not return.
