Leyla was brilliant as ever. She makes you feel relaxed (well as much as you can...) Makes such a difference to have someone who makes it a more pleasant experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I thought it was a shame one of the other members of staff was clearly on her phone whilst dealing with a client...not good!!
