This was my first time at the salon. I asked for a specific person to cut my hair based on the reviews I'd read on here, but I got a different person and I didn't realise until she'd started cutting my hair. I wasn't notified or made aware.
The service was terrible. The person who cut my hair kept leaving me when she was washing my hair to go answer the phone. One time she answered the phone and talked on the phone as she was rinsing my hair and water was still running over my hair. It was very unprofessional. She apologised but in a joking way which made me feel she wasn't taking it seriously.
I felt that the hair cut was just average. It was done really quickly and it didn't feel that she was taking time to do it.
Overall I was disappointed with my visit as I had high expectations.

Lovely place and amazing staff! I went in feeling nervous and I was instantly put at ease with the professionalism from the lady, I will definitely come back to this salon
