No greeting when you walk in, Spent 2 hours in the salon I was booked in for a wash and blow dry,back wash was pushed into my neck uncomfortably, wash was heavy handed and got sprayed in the face with water continuously throughout, staff talked amongst themselves and my property was misplaced never to be seen again in the cloak room area.
