Worst haircut ever and I’m so upset and disappointed. Far too much was taken off, the layers just don’t look right and I’ve ended up with a half fringe that I also didn’t want. The brief was not listened to at all and I wasn’t even asked how I wanted the blow dry. Going to have to wait months for this to grow out. So so SO upset and annoyed.
I booked an appointment for 1pm and didn’t get into the room until 1:35pm. I understand it is the Xmas period and it is extremely busy and sometimes delays are caused, but the salon should contact customers prior to their appointment if they’re running behind schedule. I was on my lunch break so was limited to time (I had to contact my manager to apologise for being late back to work). The staff just kept telling me it won’t be long and didn’t seem to sympathise that I didn’t have time to just sit and wait. I understand delays cannot be helped but if I turned up 35 mins late to an appointment I wouldn’t be seen, so I don’t think the salon should expect this of their customers. The wax itself was good and quite thorough, however as they were behind it did feel rushed. I have been to the salon several times before and have always had an amazing experience, so was a little disappointed by today’s service.
