I have liked coming here before, but this time the stylist cut the bottom of my hair with a razor without asking if this was what i wanted and I left with more split ends than i had arrived with which I am not happy about. Stylist was not very accommodating to what I was asking for in my haircut either.

I arrived on time, the salon was chaotic. I sat for 45 minutes without anyone updating me regarding my appointment. I eventually went to reception who said another 10 minutes. The hairdresser was quite nice but clearly stressed and unfortunately my appointment was rushed. My hair was much shorter than we had discussed. There was a lot of in salon back biting occurring, calling other staff members and at one point someone was crying. TOTAL CHAOS AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALON BADLY MANAGED.
