Not quite up to usual standard. Lots of hair left after wax, used strip rather than hot wax (usually have had hot wax at this venue before). I was left quite embarrassed that as the therapist left at the end of the treatment I wasn’t warned to cover up before they opened the door to leave, and was in full view of the person at the washbasin opposite.
