The appointment was really good - Leyla gave nice little tips about how to keep skin healthy and moisturised after waxing and on a daily basis. On a Sunday near closing I was also squeezed in to have full leg and eyebrow threading although not initially booked. All in all the place is friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere. Defo recommended and I would go back!

We showed the Adam a picture of the hairstyle we wanted (twice) and offered to show it again. However my mum’s hair was cut 2 to 3 inches too short with a completely different style from the photo shown. Although my mun didn’t show it in the shop she’s absolutely gutted as it will take a lot more effort to style her hair and she has a poorly arm which makes it harder for her to maintain. Adam seemed more interested in getting before and after pics than getting the right cut.

Service was a bit slow when first got there. But receptionist was very nice to keep me updated and checked in with me. Had too change stylist due to over run schedule. Have not had haircut in a long time, so was slightly anxious and had no idea what I really wanted. But honestly one of the best cuts I have had. Super patient and very knowledgeable on curly/ wavy hair and gave lots of tips. Will be back for sure.
