NO RESPECT!! It was the short hair lady who was supposed to have the haircut for me and we discussed how to stylist my hair. After the washing my hair and the treatment, another lady whose name was Elizabeth? showed up and started asking me how I would like to cut it WITHOUT introducing herself or explaining what was going on!! And I had to tell her again what I want but I can tell she wasn’t even patient! It was also me who asked her to add more layers! Unprofessional!! No more next time👌
