Booked online for an appointment with Emily at the recommendation of a friend, however my cut was given by another stylist and I wasn’t offered any explanation as to why or given an opportunity to reschedule had I wanted to. While I did like the final result, I was asked very few questions about what I wanted from the cut before she began and I wasn’t asked how I wanted it blow dried at any point.
