Had gel on my toes nails. She pushed my cuticles on my toes then trimmed them which was very painful and lead me to bleed from both my big toes!
Hopefully I don't get an infection!

The therapist badly needs training. Left me bruised, covered in excess of wax. The movements were unprofessional, approximate. Pretty basic things overlooked like direction of hair growth. Need more care and skill from the therapist to do this job.

I feel like my wax wasn’t done properly she didn’t clean the area after I was left in the room to clean it for myself because it was my first time I didn’t know what to do she just moved on to her next client.
