The therapist badly needs training. Left me bruised, covered in excess of wax. The movements were unprofessional, approximate. Pretty basic things overlooked like direction of hair growth. Need more care and skill from the therapist to do this job.

I feel like my wax wasn’t done properly she didn’t clean the area after I was left in the room to clean it for myself because it was my first time I didn’t know what to do she just moved on to her next client.

About Chester: My first visit. Chester is welcoming and friendly. He gently discussed with me the style before cut. He looks young but he is a seasoned stylist indeed. He would also discuss how to sustain the hair style by myself, I am very happy with my new look! Chester is right, it’s easy to manage by myself!
About Salon: Very glad that I made the first appointment and it’s the right choice to avoid any unnecessary waiting time, everyone looks so busy in this salon.
