Therapist was lovely but I am used to having a hot wax with strips and have never had a problem with pain before. However, I found this method (waiting for wax to cool & harden and removing without strips) very painful and wouldn’t choose this method again. Might be fine for people with finer hair.

I have been here a few times and it’s normally brilliant but wasn’t good this time I also didn’t get my eyebrows done as she said I didn’t pay for them which I did on treateell and ended up paying 10 pound extra after treatment x

Had gel on my toes nails. She pushed my cuticles on my toes then trimmed them which was very painful and lead me to bleed from both my big toes!
Hopefully I don't get an infection!
