I had a spa pedicure and deep cleanse facial booked. The pedicure was short, I think just about 45 mins though online it does say 1h 15. This may have been because I asked for no polish? Also the smell when the foot spa was emptied was awful, there may be some drainage issues to look into.
The facial was incredible. Khalood is very professional and explained every step of the treatment before doing it, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Super knowledgable therapist!

The staff was nice but inexperienced. The lady that did my Hollywood was was good but after that someone else came which finished my full body. They left a lot of hair patches and they didn’t know how to handle the wax. They got wax all over themselves and their gloves were full of wax which made everything really sticky. I won’t be coming again.
