Staff very friendly, place clean and wait time short. Hair cut was fine, but considering how expensive it was I was very disappointed to leave with very unruly looking hair. Not the 'salon finish' I would get elsewhere. Seems no experience with thick curly hair. Product use was limited and straightners used had to be run through each section 4-6 times and pulled/snapped hair constantly. In dire need up upgrades.

I’m so happy I met Leyla, after moving to Manchester in June i really struggled to find the right place where to do my waxing. She definitely knows how to do her job good and she is very friendly nice.
