I've been coming here for waxing treatment after a couple of bad experiences elsewhere. Each time I've had a different person doing the treatment and had a really great experience. On this occasion Klod did the treatment. She was very professional, friendly and considerate. I was very pleased that she listened to me in regards to what I wanted and the results. I will definitely ask for Klod next time I book in and can highly recommend the salon. 🙂

Made to feel very insignificant. Left sat at a sink with soaking wet hair while staff walked past completely ignoring me. This went on for over 10 minutes before I managed to get someone’s attention. Not a good experience.
