Despite there being lots of appointments available, I still had to wait 10-15 minutes before being seen. I don’t feel the equipment used was up to par and when I had a proper look at my eyebrows, I still had a few stray hairs to pluck myself.
Overall, Elizabeth was lovely and did a good job but the standards at the salon are slightly below what I expected.
