I waited 45 minutes to be seen after my appointment time.
I told stylist I wanted light brown hair, she told me she was going to use dark brown but it will fade in time. Told stylist again I don't want dark hair
Hair came out very dark; this was just about rectified by another stylist after another hour and colour remover put on my hair.
No apology was given to me in anyway, I was told she used a darker color to cover "my Greys".
Quite offensive, unprofessional and I wasn't listened to
