Booked for 10:45 when the salon didn’t actually open till 11:00 (which was fine). Shellac is bumpy and painted over my skin. Hard skin not removed from pedicure and polish not neat. The salon were saying yes to everyone without appointments so surrounded by unhappy customers not relaxing
