Awful customer service, staff was all over the place and pulled cuticles so hard that they bled. Did not look like they kept their equipment clean. Used kitchen roll to wipe hands dry after water treatment. Awful experience.

They cut up my cuticles and made my feet bleed. Tried to grate away a blister but luckilly stopped when it started gushing bolld.
Gell nail application absolutely atrotious, looks like a 5 year old did it, basically all my cuticles are completely flooded and the polish doesn't even reach the top of the nail.
Did not explain prices well, so now I ended up spending 42 quid on nails I'll have to redo myself. Would not recommend at all. Stay away.
