Do not book here ! Absolutely terrible service. They were so disorganised and rude.
I turned up to my appointment 5 mins before the treatment and they acted like I didn’t have an appointment booked. I had to wait 30 mins before they started treatment.
They then said that I have to pay extra for my pedicure. There’s loads of hidden costs and I didn’t appreciate the way I was dealt with. Never going here again

When I arrived the salon weren’t even aware of my booking and just left me waiting until I prompted them. I felt the staff were unprofessional speaking in their language and laughing during my communication with them a lot. My henna was rushed and doesn’t reflect the design I wanted (I had to pay extra for it also) it’s day two and it’s already coming off. Disappointed to say the least! Won’t be coming back
